I went to get my daughter's art portfolio laminated and it was ruined, employee was full of excuses, she said " it was not her fault as someone had put in the roll wrong", store manager was not helpful either. They ruined 3 months of art work that my daughter can't get back. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER! I placed an order for a banner and it said it was going to be ready TODAY. Supposedly their machine is not working, but did not give me a call or email me. How unprofessional and such an inconvenience. Should have figured..
Always an issue when you want to print something!
My office supplies were to be delivered Friday, they weren't. They are to be delivered today, and as of right now they haven't been delivered. Each time I called I get the run around and this is being swept under the run. I'm pissed.
I have had both good and bad experience there. It depends on who is working, they are not all knowledgeable in the copy section. I try to go when certain people are working. I have came in and left without making copies when they were not there.
I like the store but, they have changed their copy machines. Be careful! They are defaulted to color. So, if you want to copy in Black and white but there is any color the machines will copy color which of course is far more expensive. I've asked them to change it back to B&W default but still no change. May have to find a new copy place
