I wrote a Facebook post about the young guy at the register last night. He is always very friendly and helpful. Always says something like " have a GREAT night!" If I could steal him to work on my team at GEICO or customer service I would!
Do not go here to mail packages for Federal Express.Paid for mine to go out Wednesday to be delivered Friday morning.I called Fed.Ex at 4 to track package and they had never been given it by Office Max,then office Max gives it to them tonight at 6 and sends it out as normal.you would think they would overnight it,no.My daughter has a wedding to attend tomorrow and now has no dress to wear,.If you make the problem you should fix it.
The employees are great, very sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the products. They always put the customers first no matter what. This is definitely a great store!!
Well. This place was recommended for me to go to to get memorial cards made. I had everything i wanted on the card carefully written and spelled out. However it took 4 times for the people here to get the card correct. Four times after emails and phone calls. I get the cards home and really start looking at them and they look awful like a 2 year old cut them apart. Not happy about this at all.
