The store is a joke not stocked properly and what I want is online. Shut down your stores if you are not going to stock them. Office supply stores are suppose to have pens if you don’t have pens your a waste on resources for another company to have a business in the building you occupy.
When I asked the manager why three of the five employees I interacted with (including him) were unmasked despite city and county mask ordinances, he stated two of the employees had exemptions and the third he only made wear a mask “if he’s working with customers.” When I asked why I and one other man were the only customers in the store wearing masks, he replied that he “can’t enforce it” (although many other nearby stores seem to be enforcing masks pretty well). I went to your store after Office depot on Kingston pike said their equipment was old and they could not re-bind my book with a spiral binder. Brandon at office max your store did it no problem only cost me little over 4.00 and I am excited and have a second book on order that I will so be coming back again to have done. great store and loved Brandon.

Sent me email about a big furniture sale with free assembly on purchases. You are instructed to call Apollo to schedule your assembly, BUT, Apollo does not answer repeated calls and does not return calls when you leave a message. I believe this is a sales scam, to sell chairs. No free assembly!
