My first time at this office was a few weeks ago. My daughter is a heart patient and has to take antibiotics before dental work. This was her first dental visit ever and she refused to take her meds. They weren't able to do any cleaning however they still let her come back and see the dental chair and talk to me about ways to care for her teeth and made me a different appointment. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.
I went to them as a child and now I take my children. Everyone is so patient and friendly! When my youngest got sick to her stomach, they never lost their cool and never made us feel unwelcome. We ❤ OP Smiles!
I have been to OP smiles for my consultation and I went yesterday August the 29th and had my braces put on. I got to see Dr. Scheffler both times and she was just amazing. She made me even more excited than I was and just seemed so excited herself. What a wonderful experience I had with her and Kathy Baker they were just wonderful. Thank you all so much.

Some of the friendliest dental staff we have ever worked with. Dental treatment is planned with the patients well being in mind, not just a push to have procedures done. My children look forward to their dental appointments!
