Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and makes ya feel comfy in the ortho chairs. No waiting in the waiting room!
I would not recommend OP smiles simply because if you cancel appointment is another 2 months before they can see you. I feel they take on too many patients for the amount of staff that they have.
I've been on a natural high since my initial visit this morning. Not sure what my expectations were, but they were mightily exceeded. Looking forward to my future with OP Smiles.
I took my daughter for her first visit this week and they were all absolutely wonderful! They made her feel so welcomed and she loved it there. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!
On the spectrum and they couldn’t be better I strongly recommend DR. Powell!! They are all so caring from the desk to the docs . We had a emergency arise during my son’s procedure and they did all they could to accommodate (not with my son with his sick father )

This is a great facility with wonderful staff that take care of every need that you have. I personally had braces and my daughter...they were awesome!
they're the best! we drive up here from Elkin, and they're definitely worth it. Been coming here for the last 8.5 years and will continue.
