Their online purchasing is very sad. Been here for an hour. We have confirmation number contacted by fraud alert snd still can’t get our purchase. This place sucks never ever again

Literally the worst experience every time.
My mom and I went to this store this morning (Christmas eve) to look for an office chair. There was only one other customer in the store. No one ever came back to see if we needed help. We had to hunt someone to help us after several minutes. We finally got the guy up front off of his cell phone long enough to go get the chair and bring it to the front and check us out. Delivery never came but my card was charged. I wasn't called or emailed. The employee was very rude.

I purchased a ream of Boise Premium Multi-Purpose Paper this week. Had to pay $17.49 plus tax; then went to Walmart and bought the equivalent paper for $6.92 plus tax. What a rip off Office Max. I've been a 20+ year happy customer of Office Depot but what is the deal with this price gouging?
