What a joke. Refuse to honor warranty. Rude people. Paid 250 for a printer and will only give me 199. What a fucking joke. Warranty clearly states repair or replace for no additional charge. Yet they want to undervalue my printer and expect me to purchase another warranty and sales tax. That seems like additional charges to me. Maybe one day they can get people who arent rude assholes from overseas. Never will I purchase another item from any office depot.
I looked everywhere in town for a keyboard tray holder last minute notice item that I needed to work from home office depot was the only store that had one and i didn't have to order on online ..very happy customer thank you office depot ..
