Trash people..
They asked what type of car I drive while going through their list of questions that they have listed out on paper during the interview. They did not ask if I have reliable transportation, asked specifically what type of vehicle do I drive. Again unprofessional and illegal. Everything happens for a reason and I thank god I did not end up working for this judgmental company.
WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS “COMPANY” they lack morals and ethics. They prey on the elderly and take advantage of them. They will continuously call and harass/threaten you and your tenants. They will also offer wayyy less then the market value.
Received an unsolicited mailing offering to buy our house. They offered over $100,000 less than the smaller house across our street just sold for. Looks like they’re trying to prey on people who don’t know the current housing market.
The team at Offer Hut is extremely professional and helpful. Very pleased with their work and I’d highly recommend them when you’re buying or selling real estate.
