Leo Alvez is truly a blessing in disguise, he was very polite and patient with me and my family!! He would answer every question we would ask and if e didn't know he would find out. I would highly recommend him and if and when I was ready to buy another car I can only hope he is still there!!!! This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesperson Karen was EXCELLENT!!! She was patient and and went through all my questons and concerns. She even answered my text messages after midnight. That is what convinced me that Off Lease Only Miami, was the place for me. Her manager Mike followed up with me while I was making my decision to make sure everything was covered. Everything was excellent. Amy Williams was friendly and attentive. We were recommended to her by my niece who brought two cars from Amy at Off lease only and signed with Marc who was excellent as well. We plan to return to both of them again in the future.
I want to thanks Ismael for being the best help for me to find the car I was looking for, and again thanks to him I found it, I'm so happy with my car.
Overall a Fantastic experience. Maria was great, she went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly ie. she spent an extra 20 mins trying to find the car I was looking for and helping me out with switching my insurance. Kirk was great, he helped me understand all documents I was agreeing to as well as patiently waiting as a read though the documents. Mike... He was nice but I am not really sure why he was there. He came over said hello and that was it. Great staff, I highly recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately I went to 2 other dealerships today before I called off lease only. Amy Williams answered the phone. Amy was amazing I had lost all hope of getting a car ever. She had me sold over the phone! She explained the whole dealership process and I was on my way. I was greeted by Marisol at the gate who went over how I can sure for vehicles and lead me to Amy. Gary went over all my financing and got me approved with a warramty!! I'm so happy and will only go to Amy at off lease only!
Good service overall. thanks to David Vega and Marc for the new ride and help in every aspect. Will recommend to anybody to go to offleaseonly and see David specially to get the best car.. thanks a lot guys.
