I was helped by Johanna Cortes, she was very helpful and she helped me with out by giving me enough car advice and recommendations for me to make a timely and smart decision. I've owned the vehicle now for over 4 close to 5 months and Its given me no issues at all what so ever. I've enjoyed every bit of the car so far.. Even though the wait was a bit long due to their high amount of customers Crosby provided me with excellent customer service. He was very helpful every step of the way. I went by myself and I didn't feel like I was being preyed on like at many other dealerships. It was a good experience overall. I was recommended here and will recommend others.

I would have never thought I would have such a great experience with car purchasing. Ernie was whom I approached for help and he with no hesitation was able to find Francisco Flores to help me test drive the car. Not only was he sincere and helpful but he really did care about my needs and request. He made everything i requested a priority. I had been seeing all the signs for Off Lease Only & decided to check them out. The prices were too good to be true & the talk of no pressure with honest policies could not be true. I had been through this with many other dealers in my 53 years. I WAS WRONG. They & Hebert at the Miami lot exceeded my expectations. As someone with 35 years in management I do not say that lightly. Highly recommend & I have already told several family & friends to go there.

Nelson is the best! He was very helpful and caring about what I was looking for. I didn't feel like I was being hassled. He explained his purpose to serve me as an customer and helped me pick the right car for me! Ray was very helpful & patient as well and worked with me to figure out whatever dilemma I had. Great service and would recommend both of them and this company to anybody I know looking for a used car! Thank you for everything.

This dealership is different in a good way. They let you walk around in the lot and go into the cars you like. They are all open and nobody is following you around and pressure you to buy a car. Crosby was helping us, he was very nice and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with his customer service and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. We love our new car!
