Rick was a really knowledgeable and great sales man, he made the car buying process a smooth and easy one. He was truly honest and really well knowledgeable on the variety of vehicles on the lot. My family loves the vehicle, and I will be recommending to everyone I know.
My wife and I wanted a used Ford Escape with low mileage. The car we bought was very well priced and it looks fantastic! After a while of trying to find a car at other dealerships and having problem after problem I decided to drive 3 hours from Sarasota to off Lease to buy a car Evan was a great help and made me 100% happy with my purchase thanks for the great experience.

I came into into the Miami location looking to buy a Mustang for my wife. This was my first trip to a dealership to buy my first car. Hector was with me every step of the way! Even when I wasn't able to purchase my first choice he encouraged me to come the next day and he would make sure to help me get my car. He did :) I was very happy the way everything went, highly recommend him.
So to start off, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on my visit. I saw a nice 2013 Sonata Limited 2.0T and wanted to take a look at it and possibly test drive. Never visited a dealer like this, sales reps are excellent, work with me all the time and gave me an excellent deal, the finance manager took his time to answer all my questions and i left driving the car i choose the same day and in mint condition. thank you it was a pleasure shopping at this car dealer. Our salesman was Jose H Martinez and the finance manager was Marc Sclafani, both of them excellent.
