Sales person was very patient and upfront with the whole process. The car info was audible and explained in the office. Sales person continued to work with us until we found something that would work for us both.
I hate dealing with salesmen, but Paulino was different. He made my process smooth by keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I was not pressured, nor did he follow me around while I searched for the car I wanted. He would check in periodically, to see if I was okay or needed any assistance in my search. I am very happy with my recent GL450 purchase. I love the fact that a Carfax report is available for every car listed on the website. I checked around quite a bit and could not find another dealership that has better or even similar prices listed. I recently purchased a car from Off Lease Only Miami. When I showed up I was helped right away by sales man Ray Rodriguez. I told him the make and model he then walked us to the section where those cars were located. I was a bit upset because I was looking for a certain car. Robert in sales is one of the nicest people, He was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and was there from beginning until I drove off the lot.
