I had the pleasure of working with Willy Boffill what a friendly person and worked diligently with me. He was patient. It took me quite sometime to make a selection. I bought a 2012 Mercedes 250 Coupe a couple days before Christmas. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The car is amazing and I got an incredible deal! Amy Williams was my salesperson and she was extremely helpful through the entire process. Although the purchase took the majority of the day it was well worth it to drive away in my new car. Maria and Marc was both helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful! I would recommend them to anyone! I went into find a perfect car that was good on gas but that would also last me a long time. Maria was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Marc did everything possible to fit my financial needs.
This was not only my best car dealership experience but one of the best experiences I have had ever when purchasing anything Daniel Jaramilio and Frank Ramos were amazing Daniel did everything he possibly could to make sure I got what I need and Frank reviewed and helped me develop a understanding of financing in a way no dealer has ever done for me. 10 out of 10 customer service rating.
I don't know why I ever went anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and very time efficient. I was able to get exactly the car I needed and at the right price. Financing was fantastic! Pablo was super helpful and just great. Daniel was the friendliest sales guy ever. No haggling means they just treat you like people not like you are bait. Loved my first experience. Will come again
