We purchased a used Honda Odyssey van. We had a great shopping experience with lots of help from Moe. Our only problem was that it took a long time to finalize our cash deal. I think we were at the dealership for almost 5 hours.
Excellent service and definitely unique among dealers in Miami. Highly recommend. Be sure to do your research on different vehicles and know what you want, particularly with the CarFax report. The good thing is you'll walk on the lot and get what you want with no bait and switch (though test drive for sure). Probably my only complaint is that cash buyers don't have any negotiating power (since Off-Lease Only doesn't negotiate their prices). However the lower prices and lack of dealer fees pretty much makes up for that issue.... read more

This was by far the best experience when buying a car when we first got in Danielle made us feel very comfortable did not rush us to buy the car have us all the details on the car I've been to other car dealerships and felt that it was always a hassle but we bought the car we wanted and knew everything about the used car I recommend this dealership and Danielle for having the best customer service I would like to say thank you .

Since I had never bought a car before like the one that I chose in this opportunity, I have to admit that I earned a great experience, I tested 3 cars, Manny helped me with that and with my distrust. The only downside I felt was during the finance process, which I didn't understand all the options I got as a first buyer.

What started out rough due to some mis communications was smoothed out by Andy. He was very accommodating, very professional and courteous. I made a commercial purchase for the company I worked for and will be making my next personal auto purchase from the Miami store. Even though I have to fly in from Tampa, Andy's customer service has made me loyal.
