I was informed by my pharmacy today the Dr. Oesterle voluntarily withdrew his medical license recently and they can no longer refill any prescriptions that he previously issued. I wish him well and appreciated his guidance, but it appears he is no longer practicing.
Horrible experience very unprofessional office. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. I stopped there in person to make my wife an appointment they told me to have her come in at 3:30 on Thursday 6-11. My wife took personal leave to get off work early and when she got to their office the doors were locked and they were closed!
The best Dr i ever had ! Great patient service in the industry ! Excellent office management they treat you like family
I became a new patient the end of February. Dr Oesterle started me on a new medication gave me a 30 prescription. I ran out, called the office he said he would call it in but never did. I have called the office since the first of April 15 times and have yet to get a return call or a prescription called in. I'm a 2 1/2 years cancer survivor and don't feel like my health or treatment is very important to him so will be looking for a new Dr.
