Oemcycle = exceptional customer service ! I needed a part, so i contacted the guys at oemcycle for availability they did not have it in stock but made a store order and saved it for me under my name for store pick up. Picked it up yesterday got to meet the people behind oemcycle they all were so nice !! The contact was clear and nice and they do as they say. I can only recommend these guys big time.
I ordered a pipe from OEM Cycle figured being an hour away from me I would receive the pipe promptly, unfortunately they mailed the pipe through standard post, after 2 1/2 weeks waiting, I messaged them asking about the order, a few hours later I got a very generic response, saying they "care about my business and they will respond in 48hrs" 4 days later after no more communication I filed a dispute, finally the pipe arrived 3 weeks after I ordered. Ordered a fuel tuner for my Harley. Online order was quick nand easy from start to finish. I live in Canada and my order arrived within the estimated time frame. Great business for online orders!
