Ordered several parts for my two Hondas and order was filled correctly and shipping was fast.
We placed an order for 1 specific part on January 26th. They kindly let us know that since there are only 4 parts in the US, it would take some time to arrive from the Ford Dealership, which is fine. However, we received the WRONG product on February 8th. Luckily we did not open the package completely because they wouldn't have accepted the return. I bought some parts from them which cost nearly $170.00. They have failed to send them to me and have continued to ignore all my emails. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do please?
Order somewhere else. Shipping was supposed to be 10 days its now been 20 and still no part. When u websites them was told I just need to be patient. They blame it on USPS but they are the ones using USPS. They need a different shipper.
I purchased some car parts off their site and I received the wrong item. Their website is clunky and I got confused.. MY bad, so i returned the parts at my expense. $35 for return sipping that I paid. The return was in their possession for weeks and they refused to give me a refund.
