Just stay away! Sent me the wrong item is a random box and will not help at all. Customer service is highly unprofessional, offering no further discussion at all. Told me I would have to sell the wrong item “at my convenience” because “there is nothing we can do.”
Stay away dealing with this company is toxic even when you give them your Vin # they still manage to screw up your order not worth the hassle go to a better run dealer and their customer service is a nightmare all unto itself
Avoid at all costs. It's not worth the hassle just to save a few bucks. Placed order and after a month went by and still had not received my order, or been contacted in any way, I called to see when I would receive it. Had no problem with my order. Ordered on Feb 24,2022 arrived March 1,2022. Parts are exact fit for my truck. Thank you so much.
Sent wrong part. We tried multiple times to contact them via both phone and email. No one ever returned out voicemails or emails. Basically, the part number we ordered was correct, but they made a mistake and sent the wrong part number. No recourse. No help.
I ordered a side window trim piece for my 2000 Saturn L series and I was pleased with the price and communication. The order was handled quickly and then arrived in good shape. Will buy from them again if needed.
Stay away - this company is terrible!!! I ordered two items - a window regulator and a car cover. The regulator was was backordered and they requested a VIN number to make sure of the fitment of the car cover. I provided the VIN for the car cover and requested that they cancel the order for regulator. My voice messages and emails went unanswered for weeks. Daughter ordered transmission fluid, washer, and transmission filter. They took money immediately and sent an email the next day thanking us for our order. They provided an order number, not a tracking number, indicated our order would be delivered in 2 weeks, so we waited. Once order wasn’t delivered and no tracking number sent, we started emailing and calling and got no response after a full week. These guys are crooks!
This company is awful! Don’t take a chance with your money! Either you won’t receive the item you purchased (after they charged your card), or you’ll receive the wrong item altogether and they will never answer your calls or emails. They have even been banned from selling on Amazon because of their horrible reviews and poor customer service.
