DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Zero stars from me. Should have ordered somewhere else or direct from Honda. Trying to get in touch via phone, email, online chat and no response. Need a warranty replacement,. now I have to order from Honda since they are not responding. If you have issues with this company, go to Better Business Bureau and start a complaint. This is not acceptable. I also left a post on their FB page, which they have time to remove but not to respond to my warranty claim.

What they advertise isn't always what you get. I purchased a pair, clearly stated (2) OEM 4x4 stickers. paid $43.00, only received one. I sent an email to customer service, received an answer 1 week later, that the OEM costs more then aftermarket. Ignored the fact that I was suppose to receive 2 not 1. No explanation, but took them a week to respond with a 5 word answer. No apologee or anything. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere, you will only be happier. This place SUCKS, STAY AWAY!

Ordered floor mats for a 2004 Toyota Sienna based on year, number of seats and provided VIN number. Floor mats received is the same part number as ordered for a 2004-2010 Toyota Sienna but they do not fit. I took awhile to get authorization to return but I have to pay for return shipping even after giving the VIN number for verification. They did waive the 15% restocking charge, however I'm out $47 in shipping costs and have nothing to show for it. Buyer beware. If you buy from them call them and see if they pick up, text them and see if they write back. To spare you some of the details I tried ordering a hitch and never called them or texted them before raising my order so to my surprise they charged my credit card before shipping out the hitch. Three weeks later they did not pick up the phone or reply to my text. I had to get PayPal and my credit card company involved to remove the cost to my account. I ordered running boards for my Honda pilot but when I installed them the end caps on the passenger side were made for the driver's side and do not fit right. I have called them multiple times emailed them twice and even sent them a text but no response from them what so ever. After reading all the other reviews l expect their response to be that they have tried to contact me but trust me they haven't.

The customer service representative ordered the wrong part for me even when I gave them the my VIN and said that it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service!

I purchased rubber mats for my husbands truck. The wrong mats were sent to me. Even after an employee confirmed that the wrong mats had been shipped, the company would not fix the issue. They wanted me to pay to ship the mats back and pay a restocking fee! Unbelievable. I am out over $100 for mats that don’t fit our quad cab.

Quite possibly the most infuriating experience I have ever had purchasing online. After placing my order with OEMPARTSOURCE, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately tried to contact this company via their voice message, text message, and email service recommended by them with ZERO response. I tried multiple times to contact a live human being and finally spoke with Steve who had checked my order and said the address had been changed.
