The big storm hit the bay area on March caused my roof to leak. Oscar (owner of ODR) came and gave his opinion and fair estimate. The repair job was done the very next day but when a 2nd possible leak was encovered, a much bigger job was needed to prevent further leaking. The estimate for the 2nd part was also reasonable. I was not inform how much it would cost, and all he did was 10f my gutters... I was not given an estimate on the cost and just handed me a bill after he said clean the gutter and could not fix the leak. I paid him a great deal of money for absoulte no service, especially when one does not discuss the price and the scope of the work. I paid the bill and was not going to argue with because there was two persons there.

We went over the roof for this customer and saw he had more than 7 leaks. He decided to have his roof replaced rather than repaired. He did not want us to bid on the new roof, but he did ask us to clean the gutters as they were clogged and causing leaks. He was upset that our rate was more than he pays his employees. We do our best to be fair to all our customers. Please call with any problem.
I was very pleased with his work.
