ODR ROOFING gave me the estimate, explain what he is going to do and next day he came with all the materials and 3 employees finish the job in an exelent work. the preparing and the cleaning plus all the dirt hauling were perfect. They did do lunch and finished their job checking all corners and all the area to fix every tile. A perfect job. Their estimate was the best from other contractors. Oscar was the first that contacted me and I am so glad that he did. He showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and completed the repair in the same day. Now that what I call service! Oscar is very pleasant to work with and his professionalism is out standing, and most importantly, the cost of the repair was reasonable. I would definitely recommend ODR to anyone that need their roof repair!

I used the Solaris energy-star rated shingle. This was a new product and not many of the contractors I contacted had installed this type of roofing before. ODR Roofing did a professional job. I am looking forward to an energy efficient, well installed and long lasting roof. As with any construction job make sure you work with the contractor to understand the product, total scope of the job and alternative construction options.
Roofing work is nice. He has all kind of roofing experience however, he started with a bid of $5300 and ended up with $8300.
I bought this property knowing that I had to replace the roof, so I began asking for bids a few months before I decided on a company. ODR's bid was $1000 lower than the next lowest bid and $3000 lower than Pietersen Dean Roofing. The service was excellent and the workers were friendly, professional, clean, and quick. Oscar is a highly professional contractor. He spent plenty of time with us before the starting of the project to help us choose the right material and during the project to make sure that we would be getting the best possible result. Cost was reasonable compared to other bids that I received for the job. His staff were also doing the work with a professional manner. I highly recommend Oscar to everyone who has the same need.
He workers cleared and cleaned the area around the house daily as the job was being done. When I pointed our an area that they missed they immediately took care of it. Oscar knows his trade and made good suggestions on how to do the job correctly.
Arrived on time for the estimate and to complete the job. Polite and sincere. He cared about the quality of the job he was doing. He did what he promised he would do. Took the time to explain and show what needed to be done and why. I would use him again without hesitation.
