Liars.. They were told to run my credit to 3 banks. I was assured that they would. I now have 11 hard inquiries on my credit report. Finance manager blamed it on a computer error. Seriously thinking about getting my lawyer thats on retainer involved. Steer clear of this place.
I've bought a few cars over the years and this place by far has been my best experience ever. I did not feel rushed or pressured. They were prompt with our email communication. When there was a problem, they were prompt and friendly to fix it. I didn't feel like a price tag, I felt like family. I WILL be going back for my next car.
Love the fact that I was not bombarded with a Salesman right away and we're not pushy at all. Only reason I give them a four is cuz I haven't decided what I'm buying and I haven't bought anything yet. Otherwise I'd say they may be a 5 just haven't got through the whole sale with them.
Love their service department! I always deal with Tim, he's very explanatory and nice. I like that there is coffee, pop, and popcorn available while you wait!
Great service everyone is friendly and so helpful! I would recommend odaniel for anyone car buying and in the future when I'm going to buy another one I'll be going back.
We were given the most awesome service today with Russ in the sales department. He had the vehicle setting up front waiting on us when we got there. He then walked us to finance where we were talked through all he paperwork in a timely manner. Thank you all for the great service. Christine Temple
Great service and loved not having to sit there and wait, they actually gave me a free ride to and back from Jefferson point mall. Will return!!!!
