This was the worst service experience I've ever had. I needed my turbo replaced on my mazdaspeed3. I had gone to the shop a few months before to see what was wrong and they said it was the turbo. Later I found out my warranty covered the part. So I call and make an appointment to get the part replaced. They said it would take a week or so and I was okay with it being a little longer.
