Rude people that don’t listen and takes longer than the ER
I went on the morning of 9/16 thinking I had pink eye. The initial diagnosis was pink eye and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy. As the day progressed, my vision and pain became worse and I returned the following day. I saw the same doctor and he changed the eye drop and told me to follow up with Dr. D at SEECA the next day. It turned out it was not pink eye, but an ulcer on my cornea, as well as an infection. Just this week I was surprised to receive a call checking up on how I am doing. Dr. Risener has a horrible bedside manner, and does a lot of guessing and misdiagnosing. He also doesn't like to run tests. I call ahead to see who's on, the rest of the staff is wonderful.
