My son was treated in the St. Martin Emergency Room November of 2019. The bill was paid by an insurance provider. St. Martin continues sending bills and threatening collections despite being provided records of the payment. When you call, nobody EVER actually answers the phone. For a long time their billing office actually had a full voicemail box and you couldn't reach anyone. RecommendedWe brought my mom who has Alzheimer’s to the ER last night. The staff of doctors and nurses were top notch. They were so good with her and got to the cause of her pain. I was very impressed with the way we were all treated and the care they gave my mom.

Worst service ever they left my son and I in the waiting room for an 1hr and 45 minutes after triage and getting our flu swab Then finally called us to the back sat us in the room for another 1hour and 20 minutes without checking on us the only time we seen the nurse was when she walked us to the the room finally I got tired of waiting and went and ask for them to at least give me flu results so I can just leave 30 more minutes later dr finally came in to look at us barely checked us and discharged us with no meds or anythin... read more
Extremely uncaring people in the ER. Left without seeing a doctor because they couldnt be bothered. I'll go elsewhere for emergencies from now on.

Very unprofessional. Can't even get a call back after leaving multiple messages. Don't even try contacting them after hours through their website for someone to call you back because after months and multiple attempts I have yet to hear from anyone. Now I know why it was always a ghost town every time I went in. I was warned to not go there. Guess it was just a matter of time before they screwed me over too. Now I'll do like everyone else and I'll drive to Lafayette
