I've been back and forward here for a few days now with my fiancee from the ER to ICU everyone has been awesome. I have choose this hospital for all my needs from pediatric on up. Thanks Ochsner Westbank.

My service was beyond so courtesy And kind i was waited as soon as i enter the emergency room and will if you see it again if I have to do so when West Jefferson Hospital transferring me to action Hospital quick as I checked into the emergency room I love that the treatment and the server that optional emergency care showed interest in my concern
The care was good in most areas. I had the flu and they gave me the necessary care. What I didn't like was that during my 2 1/2 day stay, no one washed or helped wash me. I had to ask for a clean gown and something to wash but too weak to do it. Some nurses seemed overwhelmed and didn't return for a long time. When I did call, they came right away.
Ochsner westbank is the best! Can't say the same 4 the new ochsner urgent care!
I have been here twice once yesterday after my doctor sent me there I left more sure of what's going on and I didn't have to be admitted which was what I was scared of I now have several follow-ups with my doctors and other doctors and I know that I'm going to be fine so far I have not had any bad experiences here I thought they were all very pleasant the doctor was very kind and the nurses were very compassionate
