Staff personnel were very nice... everything went smoothly.
I was there maybe 45 minutes they were very efficient, friendly and my 7 yr old said they made him not afraid by talking directly to him
I didn't even get to sit in the waiting room before I was called to triage. Then straight to a nurse in the back then the Dr. Nurse tried twice to draw my blood then another nurse tried (IV not draw) but I was too dehydrated. Finally they sent this nice young man from the lab and he drew blood right away (no IV). He calmed me down as we spoke. Finally I get to tell you the funny part (not lol funny). The new Westbank ER on Lapalco is about a mile, if that far, from my house and I could of just gone there. :(
