The staff is amazing. Didn't have to wait long . Got there early and was seen earlier than appointment time. In and out in no time. Very caring staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors.

I must say my stay wasn't bad. Cold,but not bad. I was there from Thursday until Sunday. The nurses and staffs was very nice and professional. Now the food I couldn't eat. Low sodium/ no salt. And decaf coffee.I know it's what I need. After that scare I promise 2 do better.

At one time I would have said I didn't like it but this visit has been great. Everybody was pleasant were there when ever I needed it. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MAYBE IT IS BECAUSE YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. I see they are changing there public service.

It used to be in and out... now you sit and wait in a room full of people for an hour after your appointment time

I was in the ER on yesterday and the staff that was assigned to complete my x-rays, blood tests, etc were so nice, caring and gentle to me. OMG, the doctor was so transparent, concerned and patient with me. I love and appreciate the services I received at Ochsner Medical Center-West Bank location.

Had to travel a good distance, waited a good minute,but the Dr.was apologetic. Handled his business, then off I went
