Do t ever and I repeat EVER go to the urgent care on west bank expressway...urgent care is a joke...it says walk in clinic...I walked in and was told at 11:45 with one person in the waiting room the doctor wasn't seeing walk ins....why does your giant sign that says walk in clinic not accepting walk ins....obvious a doctor that doesn't care...,this is a joke!!!!
Seen quickly nice doctors, PA, nurses, almond staff great service
My Husband had surgery. We got there they brought him to a room started the process vitals, I.V took him into surgery took about an hour brought him to a room stayed there about 30 min. Went home. Everyone was pleasant and very kind.
Terrible communication by staff.....rude and non welcoming. Patient not being informed of what they are doing and when asked attitudes emerge. Very in unprofessional! Room 304 still here!
Had to visit Ochsner after my daughter was hit in the face with a softball. Thirty minute visit. Doctor checked the bones and was able to determine no bones were broken without an X-ray or c-scan. I am insured through blue cross. They charged blue cross $600 and are now billing me almost $700. The only thing she got was an icepack and Tylenol. $1,300???? GTFO!
The staff is very professional and care about the patients.
