2 family members plus myself all were admitted for a week for various illnesses. I found the nursing staff to be hateful, hauty, uncaring, and hated to have to ring the call button. We were all 3 in ICU. I will try Try Slidell Memorial the next time. This Director of nurses needs to do some attitude adjustments on these nurses. I am a former nurse and was appalled by our treatment by the nurses.
have an outpatient surgery scheduled. the surgery suite calls and leaves me a message to call them. i do and am put on hold for 15 min. my phones battery goes dead. now i have to call again. really, a 15 min wait is unacceptable.
Took great care of my husband. I'm so happy Ochsner finally came to the Northshore.
