Extremely efficient, professional and caring in outpatient and radiology. �
They were very efficient and we didn't have to wait long. Everyone was very nice and concerned.
They helped me with my personal care and was really great especially the nurses I love this hospital and it is the only one I will go too they are the only hospital I trust with the ones I love
I gave it 4 stars because nobody is perfect. However, everyone was very efficient and courteous from the receptionist to the gentleman who wheeled me out after my procedure was completed. Kudos to the staff, nurses, and doctors. Thank you for a pleasant experience, if a medical procedure can be considered "pleasant." I will see you in two weeks for my next procedure.
Ochsner is so great. I never had a problem with the hospital or the staff. The wait time hasn't been that bad. The staff is friendly.
Been here 4 hour and still no surgery. Waiting waiting waiting all morning. Why get here get prepped and wait for hours never again here.
This is what's employed here! If this isn't denounced by ochsner I can only be led to believe its supported. Won't be going back here. For anything!
So far, not so good. We have been scheduled on 2 different occasions for an EMG and both times have been a waste of time. After waiting 1 month, First doctor didn't have the software to conduct the test. After waiting another week, Second doctor said that he wasn't trained to complete the test, but did the part that he could. WTH is wrong with this place?
AMAZING Patient Care! Even took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the entire time we were there.
