The nurses at the desk are very unprofessional. And calling the House Supervisor wasn't no better because she lied and made excuses as if I were stupid and not ask the other patients in the waiting room. I am here with a possible broke rib and bp is 174/114 and still not seen but 3 others came after me got x-rays and they were brought back to waiting area and me still nothing but in pain. What a joke
I just had Vertebra fused from registering to my nurses on the 4th floor I could not have asked for better service. I would say thank you for all you do.
The surgery went well,but I’ll really have to debate weather I ever will ever go back.The nursing staff were not worth a hoot.They were very slow to the point of being thought of as not really caring or just poor motivation.Sorry but true!
Back on Labor Day Weekend 2017 my 15-yr-old daughter had horrible stomach pain. The ER doctor was extremely thorough. He came in and told us what he was going to do, explained each test and told us approximately how long we would be there. He wrote everything down on the whiteboard in our room. He even did the ultra sound himself! We were very impressed. She was transferred to the main campus for emergency gallbladder bladder surgery later that day.
They improperly coded a visit and refuse to change it. Have even fighting for over 6 months.
Excellent staff. Very pleased with everything about them
The Staff was excellent. They took great care of me. Thanks too Mary Jo, Michelle, Carmen my anesthesia nurse and Dr. Dibuono.
