I arrived early and was called back to the exam room almost immediately. The nurse, Jane, did her part (blood pressure and questioned me about my meds, etc). I was told Dr Dale would be in 'next'. I waited for what seemed forever....I could hear him in the next room with another patient (that makes me uncomfortable about when he's in the room w/me). I could,also hear Jane making calls to other patients discussing their oxygen needs, the reason Dr Dale wouldn't refill their Rx, etc....Another thing that makes me uncomfortable... read more
I had a great experience every time I go to Ochsner. The nurses and doctors are fantastic , helpful, professional and kind. More than likely I will be going more often , but , I feel positive and confident just by knowing Ochsner
I just want to say that the healthcare I received her was very good. But the communication with the doctor and I was very little. It was a little frustrating.
