I have been waiting almost 8 hours for a call back on X-ray results! I’m in pain and home waiting but if it needs to be set, I can’t make an appointment because everyone is CLOSED! Ugh!

They did great with my mom until discharge. Who discharges a patient at 6:30pm that has to have an ambulance transport. They wouldn’t cancel the discharge when asked a 9 pm. So my parents waited on an ambulance until 1 am to go home. That’s not good service.

During a pandemic you may wanna sanitize the ER a little better. All these precautions we are made to take to check in during an emergency and I find this.

Once again I broke my wrist. I love how fast I got in and got out!
Great experience in the ED. Dr Sung, Nurse Ciara, Nurse Ben, and the CT Tech were instrumental in figuring out what was wrong with me when others couldn’t. Very thorough in reaching a diagnosis. Our family is so thankful for their professionalism and willingness to care for me. We appreciate y’all so much!
