My son was diagnosed with Cancer on 7 June 2016 He was taken to Ochners in July. The entire staff janitors to doctors were great always had a good word. He had the best care.
One of the most unprofessional places ever dealt with. The emergency room is a joke.
My husband and I both go to Ochsner. Physicians on staff can treat any illness or problem you might be incurring. Ochsner is our hospital/medical center of choice Appointments are readily available. Courteous registration staff. Do I have to say more ?
Waited 4 hours for a scheduled lithotripsy at Ochsner Northshore. Not acceptable.
This hospital have very racist doctor that's all about a dollar!!! They don't give Adams about patient care!!! I will never return to this hospital!!!
I wish you had a Facebook page for inpatient comments for Ochsner West Bank. Worst experience at a hospital I ever had. Thank God I apparently had a strong immune system and I survived.
My mother was in the hospital since Tuesday. The surgical staff and her Drs were wonderful which is the only reason I'm giving a 2. Her initial transfer to her room on the 9th floor was so lacking compassion !!!!!! Unfortunately, she was brought into the room during shift change. That was the important thing made known to a 72 year old, scared woman who had just undergone back surgery . She had no pillow on her bed, no toiletry supplies and barely an introduction .
