came into the emergency room because I have a plastic piece from my hearing aid on my left ear ,the doctor at the emergency room couldn't take out ,so instead they sent me to the 8th floor Dr.Jacob and I have been seating here with pain waiting because I did not have a appointment ! Hello that's why I walk in into the ER ,if I would knew this I sure it went to the ER on Jefferson highway !

DONT go here is you have an Ortho issue- use Pinaacle Ortho and NOT GET TRIPLE charged for the SAME services. I walked in with xrays from urgent care not even 10 hours before, had to pay OUT OF POCKET for more xrays to be told the SAME thing, and TO Have to pay for walking boot out of pocket too! RIP OFF when it comes to ortho at this center- go around the corner to Pinnacle, no fraudulent insurance inflation and and costs from 'separate division'.....same time and money elsewhere for BETTER CARE

Lack of time management. Keeping patient informed of wait times seemed and after thought.I will not go here again and it’s in my neighborhood.
RecommendedI’ve come to this location quite a bit, mainly because it is close to home, but I have to say the staff especially Mrs Roxanne is phenomenal! She is friendly and personable and always has a smile! The staff in the back are always quick and ready to help! I came in today and was diagnosed with the flu, and they treated me so great!
RecommendedAs a new patient I was amazed with the staff very friendly nurses too, when the dr came in he was so warm friendly an ask all the questions I had and was willing to take the time to answer went through my medicines told me problems with them an suggested changes an one could cause cancer. I was so Nervous but he sure made me relaxed with his personality I would refer anybody to them
RecommendedI have been with Ochsner for years. I recently had surgery and had to stay for two nights. The staff was the most attentive, and friendly I have ever encountered. The food was delicious, I even got the recipes for three things and need to get a few more.
