Beautiful hospital. Parking is sooo far from hospital. I have to stop and rest at intervals. Large ICU, nice setup. Great care of patients.
On July 1. 2017 I visited this facility with my daughter... We chose to go there because I aware by Oschner Main Campus and will drive out of my way to get there. IDK � if because Oschner is so BIG now that they hire any and every body BUT 1st off my daughter felt she was NOT thoroughly examined... me being mom I instructed her to place this complaint with the Dr who examined her and tell her what issues she felt she did not address... in the meantime I was on the outside of...Continue Reading
The staff all around have made me feel so comfortable. This is truly the best medical facility I have been to. Being that I live in Florida, it is not convenient to come however, now I will come here for any surgery that is needed. This facility has made my husband and I feel right at home. Dr. Hasney is one of the best Dr's I have ever been to. From consult, to OR, and recovery I have been so impressed with his courtesy and care. I could not have asked for a better medical team! Loved everything about this hospital and the employees there...every single one of them.....until it came time to stay overnight. Who decides to wash and wax the floors outside of the patient rooms at 11pm?!?!? And to have a guy telling me I could not come out of the room because the floors were not dry! Then to help, he put the blowers on the floors to dry them. Did I mention this was at 11pm? The noise was unlike anything I have ever heard at a hospital. Great hospital & staff! My son (almost 9) had a surgery in a bad spot and they were all so helpful & kind! It's a huge nice hospital!! All the Drs & nurses & the receptionists were awesome!
THE WORST. I have been a nurse 39 years and this is the most disorganized and uncaring place I have ever encountered. There is no coordination of care and communication is non existent. We asked that a physician call us to discuss our family member's case and were told we should sit in the room and wait for them. I work and we can not sit all day to wait for doctors.
