I took a friend of mine who had double lung transplant over a year ago. She went for some lab and X-ray and office visit withe lung specialist, Dr. Rapolla. We was treated with compassion and understanding. Great customer service.
Waited all day with my sister while an incompetent technician came in and "took measurements ". It so happens I'm an expert in the field of Corneal transplantation and this idiot had no clue how to use the instrument she was using on my sister. And....the instrument was obsolete! People would have you think this is the "Mount Sinai" of New Orleans but I can't get behind that.
The best hospital in the world The people in there are very nice to you.
Had a Liver transplant done at Ochsners in 2014 Doctors, Nurses, Caregivers, everyone was so nice took great care of me while I was there even now they are still checking up on me.God Bless you all at Ochsners always thinking about you and my Donor.
My wife Becky has been there many times. The latest time was Tuesday night/Wednesday morning 8/9/17. She was in terrible condition when brought to Ochsner by EMTs - and was in fantastically improved condition when she left. Emergency did their part, and the 9th and 10th floor staffs did theirs. Thank you, Ochsner for giving me my wife back.
This is the best hospital . They saved my sons life when he was born . If it wasn't for them and god Cedric Cavalier wouldn't be here today .
This is by far the best hospital I've been to. They took great care of my daughter!! The entire staff is amazing!!!!
So thankful this facility is within driving distance! Thanks to all who saved my dear husband!
