If there's a way to give the hospital negative stars I would. The doctors at Ochsner does not care about the patients or their family. I have had multiple experiences with this hospital not only in the coronavirus pandemic. The staff is very heartless. I would send a dying pet to treated by this organization. They are not progressive with it comes to healthcare. I would never ever recommend anyone to be treated at Ochsner. They need to re-evaluate themselves. They do not care about the community. RecommendedEveryone i dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. My wait was very minimal, and my surgeon, Dr. Celestre, was very nice, friendly, and explained my options thoroughly. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been working for Ochsner for 15 years and I am impressed how Ochsner has kept the employees working during this hard time. Also how Ochsner has planned and acted on this virus quickly to assist patients in any need if they have the virus or not. Thank you Ochsner.
