If there's a way to give the hospital negative stars I would. The doctors at Ochsner does not care about the patients or their family. I have had multiple experiences with this hospital not only in the coronavirus pandemic. The staff is very heartless. I would send a dying pet to treated by this organization. They are not progressive with it comes to healthcare. I would never ever recommend anyone to be treated at Ochsner. They need to re-evaluate themselves. They do not care about the community. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. My wait was very minimal, and my surgeon, Dr. Celestre, was very nice, friendly, and explained my options thoroughly. I would highly recommend this facility.
