Laf. General is the very best hospital in all of Louisiana. Dr's. are great & the nurses are super. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone needing a hospital stay.
The staff is friendly, helpful and very understanding. The doctors talk to you like a person and don't throw in all those medical terminology and they explain everything. The staff of the 4th floor was amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Had to have my gallbladder taken out and they made a bearable experience. Also delivered my daughter there. With both times nurses were incredible and doctors actually cared. Surgeons were even very courteous. If anyone has to stay on the 8th floor, the nurses Monica and Heather are the bomb.
Best hospital hands down. Just wish they would have better food �
