Very friendly staff, will go back there should the need arise.
I am from Michigan and I am here visiting my son when I became ill and had to go the hospital. I was feeling a little apprehensive since I was so far away from home and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and warm staff and the level,of care I am receiving. AMAZING! Everyone of the staff members I have come in contact with felt like family.

Ochsner Medical Center is the place to be!!!! One of my only complaints is that visitors aren't called to the back on time. Yesterday at my orthopedics appointment, I wasn't seen until a hour after my appointment time. But once I was called to the back, I experienced was a very pleasant atmosphere. All of the assistants were down to earth, and Dr. Ronald French was very nice. I will refer others to his office.
