Recommendedmy experience at this Ochsner was great. My Doctor was so understanding and had a wonderful bedside manner. And my nurse, Rene, is the best nurse ever. A total asset to Ochsner hospital and she sets the example of what a nurse should be!
They have been great to us over the years. Dr. Leblanc in ER is awesome!!

Awesome place, very friendly environment and helpful people and any service I need from ER with short wait s to cardiac surgery if I needed it. Love this place!!
Sat in ER for 6 hours with my Fiancé having chest pains and not 1 Dr came in the first hour to see him and after that not one and we got in a room at almost 9 pm. Pathetic will never go there again if that short handed hire people pay them and you will have good honest people whom care. That is what is wrong with the world today no one give a darn I felt better in the ambulance with him at least he was being taken care of

I had lower back procedure done by my Doctor Denis he's an awesome doctor .I give him and his staff 5 stars. For doing an excellent job.
I was treated in the emergency room for heart related issues. The care I received was great. Then while I was being discharged, still hooked up to the I. V. , and still lying down on the bed, a woman with a rolling computer barges in my room and ask me what my intentions are regarding my co pay of $80.00! I’ve always paid my Ochsner bill and I couldn’t believe that this happened and in front of everyone! I know Ochsner needs to be paid for their services, but this made them look pathetic!

I finally got an appt with the neurology dept and drove 3 hours for said appt. They waited to call mid morning to let me know that my appt was cancelled. Needless to say my husband and I were not at all happy. So we turned around and drove the 3 hrs back home without seeing anyone.
