it was packed had a long wait but they were good with my daughter
My son has been coming here 3 years to see Dr Montelibano, who by the way is an amazing allergist! However, Everytime I bring him in to get his allergy shots, the front staff(minus the one girl with short hair, who is always there) NEVER has my chils appointment correct, we either wait an hour for what normally took 5 mins to be called to get a shot, or they tell me mrs cindy isnt in, or they tell me he isnt scheduled, he has been scheduled for the last year on the same day of the week at the same time, but there is ALWAYS a... read more
It said I minute wait time when I pulled in the parking lot and it still took over 4 hrs the staff was not helpful . I will never come back here

Just close this place down. It's like they want you to leave.
I was told if I got there before 3:45 I would be seen by urgent care. I got there before time and I was then told that they couldn't see me and I should go to the Emergency room. They do not give out correct information. They had no excuse for their incompetency.
Saw a doctor about possible sleep apnea back in July. Referral was done for a sleep study. Still waiting to hear back for that sleep study. When I call no one can help me, no one ever calls me back, I am told different things each time.
