Dr. Khoa Nguyen (my primary care doctor) is the most caring doctor, & has a great bedside manner. I love my Westbank site & I would recommend anyone & everyone to visit our eye doctor there, as well. The girls at the front desk are very polite & always greet you with a gentle smile. They are all truly the best!!! I would NOT go anywhere else for my HEALTH, except Ochsner (especially Westbank), where they actually CARE about YOU.
Appts. are very easy to make..check- ins are a breeze, and staff is very helpful, and respectful..also there is an app. that helps you monitor all test performed, and allows for sending in request, and lots of other helpful functions..
My son came in with a rash that kept spreading at 8pm and by 11:15 we had not seen a doctor. We left without seeing anyone. Staff was unbelievably rude.
Every one is so kind and willing to do anything to make my stay more pleasant
