I just talked to a lady that answered the phone at the main campus. Her name is Julia and could teach many how to handle a phone call. I needed to change the date of my blood test and to sum it up she was friendly and professional. I was very impressed. I called 842-4747 this morning about 10:30 am. Hopefully management will know who she is. Thank you Julia. Actually 5 star!
So apparently Jesus on the cross offends nurses in Ochsner hospital on Jefferson hwy. My mom had this cross of Jesus obove her bed (not nailed or tapped) just leaning against wall. Apparently during a shift change with nurses, one of the nurses was offened by the cross and took it down telling my mom the cross couldnt be up above her. After removing cross, he began telling other nurses about the cross and one by one (about 10 different nurses) walked in my moms room to see cross and talk about cross being up. Always the best Hospital and the Staff so kind and human with the the patients.
My first trip here for kidney transplant evaluation. Every one in the multi-organ department was great. I was beyond impressed with the staff and doctors. Hopefully I will receive a kidney transplant @ this hospital. Well worth the drive from louisville, ms. �
Great place!!! They are taking great care of me and my wife. Staff here has the best bed side manner of any hospital.
