I love this hospital. They have the nicest Doctors,Nurses and staff to help treat you and see to your needs.
I love Ochsner. I think it's great that all my doctors can look at my records and coordinate my treatment. I love all my doctors, especially Dr. Webb-Detiege and her nurse Gwen.
Worst experience ever. Waited in the hallway for 2 1/2 hrs for an ambulance to bring my 91 year old mother who had fallen, back to nursing home only to have a transportation service pick her up and put her in a wheelchair. She was on a gurney in the hallway. I could have done that when they discharged her and drove her back to nursing home myself. Not once while we were waiting did anyone come and check to make sure she was okay.
After going back and forth with drs about my daughters condition and after 2 meetings with the drs at ochsner they made a plan to start helping her. I'm beyond grateful for them and so very glad I decided to make the change!!
10th floor needs a maintainence man to figure out what is wrong with the heaters. People are freezing cold with this front which makes it harder to heal or even get out of the bed to pee.
