Deion, is by far the BEST ever waiter!! We always try to sit in his area. He cares about his customers and he "gets" and understands that when you take care of your customers, they in turn take care of you!! Every time we have been we have had Deion! If every restaurant had waiters and waitresses and bartenders like Deion, places would get better reviews and more business. He cares!! We absolutely love him! For some reason this O'charley's has a problem with having their staff offer desert. Have been in this restaurant 3 times in the past two weeks and the waitress never offers and half the time just brings the check and leaves it on the table. It's only at this one in Tupelo.
We enjoyed our meal very much. Generous servings and very friendly, pleasant server. We will be back soon !
We eat out a lot but tonight was the way it should be. From the waitress to management it was excellent! I ordered Prime Rib because I have had it before and always good. Tonight when waitress brought to table ask that I cut to see if I was pleaded. Well no. Very over cooked. I don’t usually send back but she applied that this is not how you ordered. Took it back. My wife and I, enjoyed it...we took our time, to talk, communicated, and finally ordered our food...the server was fantastic, always attentive to our needs...food were great. Even better than Texas roadhouse...
My family loves O'Charley's. We celebrate birthdays there. Fast, friendly service and the food is always delish! The atmosphere is great and they always have different specials. Always a joy to spend time there.
