Food and service was good
I enjoyed the place and my kids love it
Have been going here for a very long time, and even used to work here. We waited over an hour with our special needs toddler before getting our food. When the manager was sent over, he basically said that even though all the tables surrounding us seated after us had gotten their food and tickets already, it was because of what we ordered??? A kids pizza, some chicken strips and a steak?? I don't appreciate being mansplained as to how that's just the way it is on a Sunday lunch time at all the places around here. Great food and service!!!
Stopped in for dinner after a long ride on the motorcycle. Food was great and our server, Cruse was friendly and very attentive.
this is the worst place I have ever tried to eat ,the service and wait time is unreal,my wife and I had to wait 49 minutes for a steak and baked potato and the appetizer didn't even get brought out for 30 minutes,this meal was $70 and was very disappointing. I will never be back at O Charley's to eat again in my life and I will tell everyone I know not to go there
Will never be back to this restaurant again. My husband and I have just received our food and been here an hour and a half. The appetizer took an hour to get to us. We watched 4 tables come and leave while we have been here. Asked for an explanation and got the kitchen was backed up. Nothing more. The very last time we will be here! Anyone that's eaten here knows it's not cheap. Asked to speak to the manager and low and behold the manager never showed up! This was last the point of ridiculous!!
