Went there for brunch with my family. We had very good service and the food was very tasty. We usually have a good experience at this location.
Good food, but terrible service. I have been to this O'Charley's probably 6-7 times and every time it's the same story. Prepare to wait for a table regardless if there are people there or not. Half their tables are always open and no matter what you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes. So, if you hate waiting to be seated, while you look at open tables everywhere, than avoid this place at all cost. It seems like every employee in this restaurant is in high school. We eat there about once a week service has always been very slow but food was good. Today they brought my grilled salmon twice both times it was not cooked. Their heath rating is now 80! Check it before you order
Service was great, food was awesome this was my first visit.
Bad service. Good food. Food came to table with side items wrong server switched them at table. ( mashed potatoes and baked potatoe) plates were never taken away. Waiter was short with answers when asked and came across annoyed.
Delicious food and very affordable prices, Chris was my server his rocks, thank you Chris for taking care of me.
Went to have dinner tonight. Ordered the fish/shrimp combo off the $9.99 menu. Shrimp was lathered in oil. French fries were minimal and covered with oil. Two small pieces of barely breaded fish. Basically not up to what I expect from O Charleys.
